Holy Buckeye is the nickname given to one of the most famous plays in the history of Ohio State football. It occurred in a late-regular season game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Purdue Boilermakers at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana, on November 9, 2002. With 1:38 left in the game, quarterback Craig Krenzel completed a 37-yard pass at the goal line to Michael Jenkins on Fourth Down to score the winning touchdown.
The play was a critical point for the 2002 Ohio State Buckeyes football team, who went on to complete a perfect regular season and defeat the Miami Hurricanes in the 2002 BCS National Championship Game.
This Ohio State Football poster makes for a perfect gift for the Buckeyes fan in your life. It would complete any office, game room or man cave of a Buckeye fan. And you don't even have to worry about a frame - all prints ship framed.
