An up-and-down year for Patric Hornqvist ended in glory. The Penguins winger scored the game-winning goal in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final, giving Pittsburgh its second consecutive championship.

Hornqvist managed to beat Pekka Rinne with an incredible shot that deflected off the goaltender and in for the historic score. It was the only non-empty net goal in the Penguins’ 2-0 victory over the Predators.
